Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger says that he wants to keep Lukas Podolski at the Emirates, despite rumours circulating that the German is set for a move away from the club. The much-experienced German has been linked with a move to Serie A and has himself come out to admit that he is finding it difficult to break into the Arsenal team following the signings of Danny Welbeck and Alexis Sanchez. Having joined the club in 2012, Podolski has never managed to find himself a permanent starting slot in the team. However, manager Wenger insists that he wants to keep Podolski on at the club - and insists that he should fully commit to the team until January at least because the transfer window is closed at the moment. According to the Express, Wenger said: “It is quite simple, there is no transfer market at the moment. When there is no transfer market, you are all on board - or not on board. It is like that. “This is a job where you can only be successful if you’re fully committed. You cannot be half in and half out, so all this transfer speculation is not considered at all. We are all on board to get results, and Podolski will be part of that
