Art Title: Flutter-Bee (SOLD) Size: 9”long Art Type: Original Artisan Doll Materials: the Face and paws are all hand sculpted from a clay polymer onto a pose-able wire armature. They are then painted with acrylics before adding the faux fur which is applied in tiny clumps into the face and paws. The armature is warped with stuffing to make the body nice and soft. The fur is then carefully attached is segments by hand stitching. Bio: Flutter-Bee is an oversized flightless bee! Like normal bees it has 6 legs however 4/6 are fitted with little paws while the other 2 are hooked for collecting pollen. Flutter-Bees scamper along the ground collecting pollen out of terrain flowers, like little gardeners of the forest they use the wings on their heads to help out certain plants during pollination season.
