Art and craft teacher was asked to appear before me yesterday . He awarded corporal punishment to 3 children of his class . The conversation { or rather court martial} went on like this. Me- " I have told at least 5-6 times clearly during the orientation classes not to give any corporal punishment to children. Why you made three children to stand for the whole period?. i am considering the option of suspending you from service " . He - " sir they were not respecting my words . They were not following my instructions " Me - " Going by the same logic i should do the same with you. During my classes held from 30 TH may to 2nd June i told all of you as if i was telling a parrot not to resort to any corporal punishment . But with in 2 months you have violated my instruction. So should i beat you or make you stand in my room for one hour? " ...
