Article V: Convention of States. My position now is that it is not the Constitution that is broken. The problem is the citizenry who abdicate their responsibilities to political parties and a ruling class. I dont oppose a COS though. Maybe the debate will continue to inspire citizens to learn their duty and execute initiative.
