Arunachal Needs a legislation to do away with fake complaints... For the past few years there is huge rise on issue related to complaints against government employees, politicians and etc by some anti social elements by using fake identities. Due to wanton rise in such complaints by people with fake identity has almost demoralise many sincere, honest and dedicated officers in discharging their duties for the better of the state. The reasons, I could perceive is that due to jealousy, envy by those buggers, who are running after easy money by forming associations, unions and etc and thereafter intimidating, black mailing and threatening government officers and politicians. To tackle such situations, many officers and politicians report suck issues to their clan members and resultantly many clan fights have already been reported. If this, tactics adopted by some anti social elements to harass officers and politicians, there seems to lots of communal issues ahead. Before, it is too late, government of Arunachal Pradesh must bring in a bill and passed it in coming session of Assembly, ensuring that no complaints against govt employees, politicians without proper address proof given by the complainant. The authority receiving such complaint must ask for xerox copy of PAN card, Driving license, Indian passport, ration card and etc as Identity proof of the complainant. Similarly,a necessary amendment in AP RTI commission manual must be made and make the information seekers to give a authenticate ID proof, else his or her application should not be entertained... Hence, I appeal HCM, All HMinisters, Parliamentary Secretary to kindly look into this issue seriously for bright future of Arunachal Pradesh...
