As 2015 begins I keep getting reminders just how fast time flies! Yesterday was a special day where I was honoured to conduct the wedding ceremony of a lad who I held often as a wee baby. One of my dearest friends sons - from my early days as a mum in Albany - married the woman he loved on a beach that us young mums used to frequent often. Memories of sandcastles, naked little ones frolicking in the safe waters of Frenchmans bay and picnics on the lawn all poured back into my mind. Then to re-connect with more friends and extended family who were a part of that shared village - it was a magic day and night - oh thank you Albany of being such a fabulous place to raise a family. Congratulations Tim and Lauren and Lily on your new beginning. Hold those crazy chaotic days of parenting children dear - they disappear so fast!
