As I am counting down the hours for this evenings departure for our vacation to FL….I still find myself reflecting on all that is. Normally I think I would be OVERLY excited to get Out of this place (Grassroots A Salon, home, life). Even though the weather has been terrible, keeping many of us prisoned in our homes, I feel it has given us more time to reflect on all that matters. There are so many exciting things happening around me with the people I know and love. New babies, a childs musical recital, new pets, a loved ones surgery providing hope to a prolonged life, shedding of old relationships, a new love, spiritual growth, a friend who is getting ready for retirement, family vacations, a friend who will be homeschooling, new exciting avenues that life is calling you too, practicing yoga, singing your hearts desires……Ummmm, loving all the goodness that surrounds me. So this vacation I am not feeling the need necessarily, of having to run away from something. Yes, it will be nice to slow down, spend quality family time, live in the moment. I am leaving with a feeling of contentment….This vacation journey is going to be a blast. Love to all my friends and family out there…The sun and warmth will be returning soon, and we are going to have an appreciation it for it like we never have had before. Enjoy!!!
