As I am packing for Atlanta today, I have so many thoughts to share. By this time next weekend, our doctors will have revealed the new product to our entire field. My mentor, who is on our Leadership Advisory Board, has had to keep her lips zipped since they told her about it in Paris in May! Ive got to tell you- THE HYPE IS LEGIT! No one else is doing it; it is proprietary to us! -Drs. Katie Rodan + Kathy Fields were the FIRST to develop a multi-step process to tackle acne through Proactiv- no one would pick up the line. Fast forward Proactiv is the #1 acne line globally! -They created their second company, Rodan + Fields, and it was available in high end department stores. They then saw the power of person to person referral sales, and in an unprecedented move, Rodan + Fields became the FIRST prestige skincare line to exit the department store for the world of direct selling. -We are the FIRST AND ONLY company that has taken an established top line and entered this market place of distributers. We have a consumable product (which creates a residual- when you run out of toothpaste, you dont stop brushing your teeth...people treat skin care the same.) -We are not a home parties model. We dont stock inventory. We have not even entered another country yet...though you can start building in Canada now through our pre-enrollment process. I will teach you how! The famous Ray Kroc, of good ole McDs, once asked a group of young men, What is my company about? They all answered, Its a fast food joint, of course! Ray told them they were wrong. He went on to explain that his business was not in fast food, but rather in real estate. Similarly when I am asked about R+F... I tell them it is not simply about eye cream...though the eye cream is fabulous! It is much bigger than that.
