As I am watching this movie, I constantly am reminded of my beautiful mother and our hard past. Though it may have not been this hard, there are still similarities. Therefore, I cannot be more thankful and grateful for such a strong individual as my mother. She has literally done it all on her own. A lot of you know my story and I do share it when felt the need to, I am often greeted with people that say their mom or dad has done the same. Yet their story is nothing like mine, some have mom or dads in their stories, others have boyfriends or girlfriends, although there is that one unique story that is just like mine, if not even better. The bigger picture here is not whos story is the saddest, but what you make of it. I look at myself now, while watching this movie, and cannot help but cry. But these are no sad tears, these are joyful tears! I am finally in a position to be the savor and whipe away my mommas tears. This clip of the movie has hit a special part of me. I have risked things in order to stay on track, but that is not nearly as much as my momma has risked. I vow to be happy, I vow to stay on track, most importantly, I vow to whipe them tears away on graduation day. Words cannot express how grateful I am for you mother. Many wont understand this, but thats ok, because I know you will. I love you Christina Mazurkiewicz
