As I first reported as Breaking News on Twitter - the #zimmermantrial Judge has decided to sequester the jury. We are now in Day 4 of jury selection. The eventual 6 jurors and 4 alternates will be on lockdown - no access to family and friends for 2-4 weeks. The state prosecutor described serving on a jury up there with war duty. This is Bernie de la Rionda speaking to potential juror E73 yesterday about the possibility of being sequestered: "Most people realize that you know its our obligation, obviously outside to serve your country in time of war, its one of the biggest obligations we have as citizens. We realize its a burden."
