As I have shared with you, when Emma was in the hospital in July, we found out that her IGE (allergy levels in her body) were extremely high, in the 1900 range. Her doctors informed me that she shouldnt be over 400. This is what lead to the prolonged Prednisone use. Well, today after over 6 weeks off prednisone, we received the news that her current number is only 168!!!! This is an AMAZING improvement!!! When I spoke with her Cystic Fibrosis clinic, even they were astounded by her improvement! Today we also celebrate 114 days of being Hospital FREE!!! Praise be to God for His power and control over all situations. We are amazed by His love for Emma and His protection over her!! She is feeling great and looking even better!!!
