As I lay here and watch Susan Sims sleep I know that our anxeity builds more and more every day leading up to her third major surgery this Friday at AMC. She has been very upset and scared and rightfully so. We are scheduled to be at AMC at 5:30 am on friday morning. The neurosurgeons plan is for her to stay overnight and be discharged on saturday morning. I hope and pray that everything goes according to plan and she is not in the hospital one second past the needed time. I ask that everyone remember Susan and her surgical team in your Thursday night prayers. Also the members of the Fire Department are working Saturday morning on the handicap ramp. I ask that everyone pray for their safety and strength to complete the ramp accident free and injury free. I work with the best people you could ever meet. These guys and gals are coming to my home to help me knowing full well that I may not be able to be present to help. Ladies and Gentlemen of the Coweta County Fire Department know that I am forever endebited to your all for all that you have done for me and my wife in our time if need. Know that your are all my brothers and sisters. To everyone that has donated time, money, food, and work to make saturday happen I am forever grateful. Thanks to everyone.
