As I reported last week, Oprah cried racism after receiving bad customer service at a luxury handbag in Switzerland. Oprah claimed that a sales associate refused to let her see a handbag, saying it was “too expensive.” The bag cost 25,000 euros. The sales associate, however, claimed Oprah lied about what actually happened. Now Oprah says she’s “sorry” for ever claiming the incident was brought on by racism. She said, “‘I think that incident in Switzerland was just an incident in Switzerland. I’m really sorry that it got blown up. I purposefully did not mention the name of the store.
