As I sat watched the news last night with kids we saw this plane accident. It wasnt until this morning that I found out that Oliver Frascona was on board. Oliver was one of the top real estate educators and lawyers in the country. Over the last 20 years I have taken many classes with Oliver. Its hard to work a room of 100s of realtors for 8 hrs. His amazing sense of humor, extensive knowledge and ability to weave real life stories into those classes would make the time pass in the blink of an eye. I actually looked forward to my CLE credits to get to listen to Oliver. I also worked with him on few different deals over the years as well. Always on the cutting edge of practical knowledge, case law and technology. Oliver you will be dearly missed by many. Thanks being a part of my career. You gave back so much to so many. RIP Oliver
