As I sit down infront of my computer, contemplating on what to write since I just made it back home and will slowly start my decompression and unwinding because whether I like it or not, vacation is over and I am back to reality. I resoundingly agree with all the compliments, appreciation and gratitude posted on Facebook to Edna DeLeon, her awesome organizing committee and the rest of the 79ers as well as the rest of the impressive Thomasians who came to support the 18th Annual convention of USTNAI. I want to thank and acknowledge Ian Saludares for his untiring work and committment to USTNAI, to be so young and yet so involved is truly remarkable. I feel so honored to have my name put together with Ian as presidential candidates. This speaks so well of our organization, it shows that our organization is evolving and growing to be a big and recognized professional organization. I want to thank the people who supported me. There is no better time than now to be a president-elect of Edna DeLeon because I know for sure that she is a tireless, fearless leader who will lead us to our vision and mission. Now that the party is over, let us not stop and remove our thinking and creative caps. Lets continue to find ways to make our organization strong. Reach out to others and let us increase our membership. We are all leaders in our own right and let us be ambassadors of UST where ever we are. We are awesome Thomasians!!!!!
