As I start a new journey tomorrow morning I would like to thank Dave Masi and Chantel Masi and Crossfit 380. Crossfit 380 has been my home for 3 years. I remember the first day I walked in and Dave was all amped up about to start a WOD. Literally the clock was counting down and I interrupted. Looking back I laugh now knowing the mindset we all get in when the clock is counting down and here I walk in like HEy..:/. My first question was ...sooooooo what is Crossfit ??? I wodded the next day and although the warm up kicked my ass I was hooked. Today I can say in many ways Crossfit has changed my life and I am looking forward to providing the same life changing home for others and for that I say to you both thank you.
