As I took in all the smiles, laughter, and excitement at Fred C. Beyer this morning, I was so thankful for Sabrina Fay Christensens journey to this point, and her fit with Beyer Band & Color Guard . This marking the beginning of her senior year, it all suddenly translated to the realization that it is also my last first day of school as a mom. This is the start of my 19th year as an involved at school mom. A huge part of my life that has brought me immeasurable amounts of joy all these years. As Charlie Christensen drove the two of us to breakfast, a few tears falling, I thought Heres to a fabulous last/senior year!....
