As I was leaving for work tonight, my neighbor approached me with their dog (the one I have been fighting for) and asked if I would take him, right there and then. (I just found out his name is Tang). I told her I was unable to at that very moment but will go to her house first thing in the morning. She said okay. There is one huge problem with Tang. He is aggressive and that is no fault of his own, he has not been socialized and has lived in isolation. I want to help him desperately.
