As I was talking to my academic advisor this afternoon and explaining my three year school sabbatical she mentioned that her daughter was struggling with mental illness things. Being able to tell her that there IS light at the end of the tunnel was such an encouragement to me and a reminder of the hard work that I have made over the years. If you are struggling talk to someone (talk to me), there IS hope.
