As Im taking a shower last night I hear the sweetest voice wonder into the bathroom. Atticus: Here mommy, I brought your pajamas for you. Me: awwww honey, thank you! You are so sweet and awesome and thoughtful! I poke my head through the shower curtain and give him a kiss and watch him leave. A few minutes later he comes back. Atticus: Here mommy, I brought your water for you. Me: Wow Atticus! You put it in my favorite purple cup with extra ice and a straw just how mommy likes it! Thank you. I poked my head through the shower curtain again to look into his big, bright eyes. Suddenly I became a little sad because I know this ugly world is going to rob him of his innocence and there isnt a damn thing I can do to stop it. Stay sweet baby. Please God keep him sweet!
