As Im working on conference plans, I realize that I like to build a team of volunteers that include women that dont just attend FOC. I like to incorporate women who are interested in helping build an event that crosses denominational, racial and socio-economic barriers. I envision a conference where women of all walks of life are empowered, encouraged and equipped to live their God given dreams. I think a key to doing that intentionally assembling a team of volunteers that reflects that.
