As Jesus did the work of Isaiah 53 by the cross, little did they realize that in order to bear all of our sin for us, that Jesus had to go through death to Hell (or Hades) for us and suffer there. If any one human had to go to Hell, then Jesus had to go to Hell and suffer there. Jesus went for every one that ever was due to go to Hell. Jesus bore the full price required for all sin of mankind, for the entire world. That included the suffering in this life and the next. And Jesus carried this so effectively that this was the reason in anticipation Jesus could heal all the people and do the miracles seen in His earth walk, and for every healing miracle and answered prayer thereafter by anyone.
