As Saturday approaches .. Im sitting here recalling all the things my sons and I have been through .. TOGETHER .. these last 12 years. My middle son will make 10 years old on July 26th. To anyone else its just his birthday .. but to me it means EVERYTHING. While Ive not always been a great mother .. I have most certainly tried my very best to take care of them and provide, to love, teach and nurture, and everything in between. As he approaches his decade .. I sit back and smile and know that he is the second out of the 3 to reach that milestone. Which means I must be doing SOMETHING right. My children are very well mannered and respectful, they are eager to learn and grow, and they are loving and caring enough for 10 people. I AM SO VERY BLESSED TO BE CHOSEN AS THEIR MOTHER. My children are so understanding and accepting of who I was then and who Im becoming. They stood by my side and loved me .. even when I was wrong. To them I will be forever grateful. I am so undeserving of the love they give me, but I accept it with all that I am and will use that love to continue to succeed and make sure that they succeed. I am who I am because they LOVE me ..
