As Wayne County Sherriff under Benny, the jails are in deplorable condition. Convicts escaping. Wasn’t he pushed out as Chief of police. Duggan is not perfect by any means, but I think he can bring jobs and opportunities to Detroit. Anyone in Michigan politics is going to get dirt on their shoes. There always be people under or associated with you, riding your coattails and F-ing up. The prosecutor has to walk a very narrow line when dealing with the police. They did not want the Police to rebel, nor the city to riot. So Duggan was probably tasked (Under Orders) by PROSECUTOR John O’Hair to minimize the damage. Just THIS YEAR police stop showing up to for testify for cases (Cases were dismissed). Worthy was the Malice Green prosecutor. Did Worthy say that she was unduly influenced by Duggan? If Worthy has something to contribute, why wont she say what Duggan did? Maybe because HE then, became HER boss. I dont know where this Duggan bashing garbage is coming from (Napolian), but heres my PROOF. Read it and weep or come up with a when and how. Duggan was not even the prosecutor then.
