As a 20 year retired Army vet who served in Vietnam and Operation Desert Storm, I now find that the army base at Redstone Arsenal in Alabama will no longer allow me, a retired army vet over 65, medical services for lab work. I can get other services like x-rays, medicine, eye class exams, but not lab work. Here is what happened. The army clinic took all the active personnel away from the medical center at Redstone Arsenaland put them in other jobs, put in 1 civilian in the lab section and then started to deny army vets lab work....and yet...in spite of it...the clinic at Redstone goes out of its way to tell everyone how much they care for the vet...truth be told, their actions dont match their deeds...
