As a 26 years old working professional, I have been amazed at the number of unhappy people at work. It seems the unhappiness does not discriminate. Male, female, young, old, with kids, without kids. Everyone has been unhappy at some stage, about some aspect of work. This is such a shame, because there are many many positive things we can gain from our work. Particularly, if focus is given to work life balance. It is my hope and my aim to bring a community together, without discrimination, to provide and connect every type of workers (professionals, tradies, stay at home mums - yes, looking after kids is a job too, a very meaningful one at that) and provide support to one another. Because after all, no one should ever feel like they are doing it all alone.
