As a Personal Trainer and exercise instructor I have worked as a seasonal employee for vacation-type clubs. During this time I have advanced my knowledge and expertise in functional movement patterns, have become a yoga instructor and am venturing out on my own. I already have a small space rented out. ready to start next month, January 2015 in Raleigh, NC. The fact is, I have a nutrition degree and am very passionate about being the strongest, mentally sharp, most supple and lean individual that i can be.. Then share what I have learned with my clients to help them achieve their goals. I am 27 years old and have a strong connection and a feeling of responsibility to the Earth on which we all live on and sharing the integral part that each one of us play in improving and maintaining a healthy and sustainable way of living.
