As a business owner I want to give my 100% no matter what type of person I am dealing with ( even with those who are rude ) and most times its not expectable but to give 110% because me as a person and my business solely relies on me... no corporate management or anyone to just send the customer off to but me. I find it rude to deal with business owners who have a lack of care of how they treat customers/clients or even anyone. Seeing how crappy other business are being ran makes me want to improve myself and my business even more. Sadly this shouldnt just be with business owners... with any customer service profession they should have more respect for themselves to be professional.... thats with all jobs.... flipping burgers, sales, real estate, plant work and all.
