As a child, I lived in different places half-way around the world, - TopicsExpress

As a child, I lived in different places half-way around the world, from Guam in the Far East to Hollywood, Florida and many points in between. After living almost half of my life in Hollywood, California, and having a TV Show, Hollywood Today in the 1990s, Ive seen much of the good, bad and ugly of Hollywood, and most of it is good or else we still wouldnt be going strong. Ive written the following song, to be recorded at the RCM Studios this coming week, about some of the weaknesses of Hollywood. Please let us know how many metaphors, similes and imagery symbols you can find in my song: Falling Stars Over Hollywood, by Chris Aable © 2014 by RCM, Inc. Here comes Godzilla Roams tall but all alone With a roar that’s really a cry Searching for a safer home Another falling giant in slow motion silence, as if time stood to break their gold crown when they fell down with other falling stars under dim moonshine over hills of Hollywood Over thrills of Hollywood So sad the bigger they are, the harder they fall. Too bad the taller they get, the further they crawl. So sad the softer they cry, the louder their call. Too bad the further they aim, the higher the wall. And the stars in their eyes Are falling stars from the skies Super giant stars may shine super strong but their light isn’t as bright when they moonshine all alone. Here comes King Kong Roams tall but all alone He’s roaring but he’s really crying Hollywood police don’t care if he’s dying. Another falling giant in slow motion silence, as if time stood to break their gold crown when they fall down with other falling stars under dim moonshine over hills of Hollywood Over thrills in Hollywood Moonshine thrills in the hills of Hollywood Falling stars around the bars of Hollywood Moonshine thrills in the hills of Hollywood Falling stars around the bars of Hollywood. reverbnation/ChrisAable
