As a cook up this shrimp to enjoy the last of the homemade jerk sauce my hubby Tim Duckworth made for me from scratch last week I just realized that I forgot to post it! So if you remember about a week or so ago I put up a post asking somebody to send me some jerk sauce and some mild sauce from Harolds in Chicago and that night my husband got on YouTube, found a recipe and made me some jerk chicken the next day! Yes he marinated the chicken and smoked it!! OMG when I say it was delicious I swear Im telling the truth! It was nice and dark just like I like it...the perfect texture and that spicy hot that catches you later. He chopped that chicken up and over some rice and peas and you couldnt tell me I didnt order from some place at home. It was perfect!
