As a currently unassigned pastor with 27 years of being a senior pastor, I have witnessed this in my own denomination. There is a terrible lack of unity and power because we seem to no longer have the tie that binds us together as the main thing. It was the STRONG belief of entire sanctification that empowered the church through two generations of evangelism which brought growth. Today we have pastors and people who question, or simply disagree, with this doctrine of the church and have instead adopted more WORLDLY ways of evangelizing, and the results are evident. I could go on but Ill leave it for your thoughts.
