As a exam de-stress, my father dished me a delicious dessert. I was unable to choose which wonderful flavour as Coles was having a special and mum got multiple. So I summoned my inner taco ad girl and thought why dont I have both?. What you see here is a combination of Coles brand ice cream flavours Gooey Choc Brownie and Honey Swirl Pistachio. As an absolute sweet tooth, I found the Choc Brownie preferable. I highly recommend this for all chocolate lovers out there as it was rich in flavour and was topped off with chunks of brownie. The pistachio on the other hand was not my favourite as it was an ice cream rich in that nutty flavour which isnt my favourite.
