The motion to be moved by myself and seconded by Hon Nyokabi seeks to: 1) Compel the National Transport and Safety Authority to conduct safety trainings for all motorbike riders in all constituencies countrywide and conduct tests and issue licenses to successful riders 2) Set up a select committee of the National Assembly on Road Safety to review particularly how to strengthen enforcement of traffic laws and whether the police should continue to carry out this role despite the massive, incurable corruption!
