As a former CSR I dont like to badmouth businesses but I cant let this go. Avoid Kmart because they will screw you. This is the 2nd and last time I got got by Kmart. I have a laptop on layaway online and I made my 1st payment online on November 1 due on November 4. On November 6 the $ was re deposited in my acct. I called them and was told the payment wasnt going to go thru so go to the store and make a payment before the 10th or my layaway would be cancelled. So I made a payment on the 7th. Yesterday - 11 days later - the original payment went thru making my bank account be overdrawn. So I called them. They told me to go to the store to get a refund. I asked to cancel the layaway they said I had to go to the store to cancel it since it was to be picked up at the store. None of this was my fault. 1st they cancelled my delivery layaway because it was not in stock and it took me almost 6 months to get my refund. Im thru with kmart and Kmart. So pissed right now if they go out of business I wouldnt be mad. If you gone screw me at least buy me a drink first.
