Our Facebook policy is that any comments we deem (at our discretion) as service related will be directed to [email protected] - we strongly regret that anyone who refuses to follow this policy will be reminded of the policy and have their ability to post/comment going forwards revoked. We absolutely hate having to enforce this policy but in the interest of good customer service we need support questions sending to our support team (our social media team are great at sharing interesting photos and pictures, but arent qualified to begin diagnosing why a product might not be functioning).
