/As a kid, I read Matilda about half a dozen times. It appealed to the part of me that needed a non-parental example of a reader to look up to. I think Naughty is clever and totally captures the spirit of Miss Wormwood. She has a strong sense of self and of fair play, which along with her voracious and all-encompassing love of reading, is what I love about her as a character. this is why i love Rachael she says things like this she is probably the person who read Jack and Jill, set it down, and then said They never stood a chance, they were written that way, and were innocent victims of their story
