As a lawyer AG Githu Muigai has an overriding Duty not to mislead the any Court ..He is an Officer of any Court and He has a Moral obligation not to do anything which may stand in the Dispensation of Justice ..He Just did that where Submitting to the Trial Judges at the ICC that Kenya has no law in Its Statute to Compel Witnesses to Comply to Testify in Kenyan Courts and ICC ..He was Found to have misled the ICC judges which led them to Issue the Orders to Compel Kenya to assist to bring witnesses to testify ..Thanks to Victims Lawyer Alfred Nderitu ..who Informed the judges that Such a law exists in Kenya .Scratch your heads Jubilee supporters .
