As a lot of you know I struggle with mobility issues and chronic pain issues which makes doing a great deal of things harder than the once had been for me. Ok so I could cook well enough before the accident, tho my skills are that rusty these days it might as well count for nothing, but dealing with pain and cognitive ABI types issues is where cooking has become an issue. That and cooking for one after having cooked for me and my man for so long.... hopefully you get the idea, Im feeling so tired at the moment Im struggling to articulate it properly. So yes... Ive been working with my OT on how to go about doing this sort of stuff and this is for my first effort.... just good old steak, mash potato and some veg! Post script note... the steak was cooked in a Philips Air Fryer, very happy with the results of cooking steak in it for the first time!
