As a man were taught to be strong and not show weaknesses and crying is the last thing as a man you would want anyone to see, as a teenager and through most of my early 20s so many bad things happened in my life I needed to cry but point blank period would not let myself be seen as weak so I cut off all emotions so that I was actually able to inhibit the very act or even notion to, I never dealt with those emotions jus dismissed them but unknowingly was killing myself in other ways Im sure jus not to feel weak, as the man I am now I know that crying isnt a sign of weakness yet a symbol great joy unconditional love and greatstrength to care for others more than we care for ourselves
