As a parent its hard getting bad news about someone the same age as your own child, let alone a friend of your own child. Today we learned of a tragedy that took us all by surprise and really made us step back and think about our kids. My oldest sons dear friend committed suicide while we were away. Just saying it here again brings me to tears. The mind of a young man is known by no one but himself, but as a parent I feel for his family and mourn with my son. I pray for his parents and ask again all my friends become a force in your childs life. Be the outlet they turn to. Be well friends.
