The following shows the cost of the reunion to you and how much will be refunded if you determine later that you can no longer attend... COST: $50 - Pay by July 25 $60 - Pay by August 25 $65 - Pay by September 25 $75 - Any thereafter REFUND: $40 - Notify me by July 25 $30 - Notify me by August 25 $25 - Notify me by September 25 $20 - Notify me by November 21 I know its more than 6 months away and the future carries uncertainty in regard to jobs, travel, and time with family. For those fairly certain they will attend, I insist that you pay the $50 before July 25 (whoa, a 33% discount!). For anyone else, I ask for $20 to help cover the security deposit and the upcoming deposits that are due to hold the reservation (which will later apply to room/food costs).
