As a record collector I dont have to tell you how awesome I think this is . . . but even more important than the records . . . are the people. I love to look at their faces, their clothes, the things theyre buying, their demeanor. I think, they were just like me. I think of things like, the pretty gal at 5:30, whos buying a BRAND NEW Janis Joplin record (Pearl) . . . well, she was probably in her early 20s in 1971 and shes probably in her mid to late 60s now. I remember browsing records at Jellys in Honolulu when I was 22 . . .and Ill be her age one day. In 2034 Ill be like the old guy at 6:10. Yep, Ill probably be browsing records at Vintage Vinyl and Vintage Vinyl will still look just like Tower Records did in 71. Except, unlike that guy, I probably wont be smoking a cigarette while I flip through the stacks!
