As a reflection of November & a reflection of my life .... Here are a few things I am grateful for: Mickey Mouse-just seeing those ears makes one smile; ....The Elderly-who have so much wisdom to share;.....Facebook-this platform which allows connection with friends & family around the World; ....Words-the beauty & creation of words to compose a quote & be the number one form of self expression; ....Love-the different forms it shows up every moment of life; ....Laughter-without the sound of laughter in the World- life would be much different; ,,,,,Community- small and large and micro & macro and intersecting and overlapping; .....Family- My ancestors, My mother, My father, My adopted mother, My adopted father , Family in alllll its forms..... Friends- new & old & Facebook & those that are there for me at different moments of my life & those who keep me in their prayers & blessings ......Diversity & Global Connectedness - tall & short & rich & poor & multi ethnicities & multi languages & multi food choices ...... Adventures- internally & externally & within my own community & trying new things & learning new skills & learning from all those who know so much more than me in so many different areas of life ....... Acceptance- the Art & practice of loving one self exactly as we are and exactly as we are not & accepting others-exactly as they are and exactly as they are not .... More another time :)
