As a result of a joint investigation between the Wellsville Police Dept. and the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force, Courtney Baker, 28 of Wellsville, was arrested on an Allegany County Indictment Warrant charging her with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th (D Felony) and Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 4th (C Felony). The charges stem from the illegal sale of narcotics in the Village of Wellsville. Baker was processed, arraigned and released to be back in Wellsville Village Court on Sep. 23rd. Wellsville Police arrested Julieann Coogan, 42 of Ulysses, PA charging her with Petit Larceny. The charge stems from a complaint made by the Kmart in Wellsville. Coogan was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. She’s due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on Sep. 30th.
