As a teacher in todays society, I understand how every parenting style is different... And I totally respect everyones views and opinions on how to raise their own child(ren). But this article is why I thank god everyday for my parents, Traci and Dwight... For their parenting style, and the way they raised all four of us! They taught us about respect, responsibility, and how to function in the real world! To pursue our dreams, and not let the real world bring us down! The world is a rough place, and they taught us how to bounce back! No, I dont have kids of my own yet...but I will raise them the old fashion way, they will know the values and morales they need to survive in this crazy world! And they will know, like Ive known everyday of my life...that they are loved, no matter what life throws at them! :)
