As a teenager i once saw a pic in a womans magazine.it accompanied the article about how to make melon ballsi was sooo impressed with those perfect vibrant red balls pic that it stayed with me all these years in my mind.they were drizzled with some fine lemon zest and decorated with a sprig of mint.....now all these years i was looking for those melon ball cutters but never came around to actually buy one.then this afternoon in june i spotted them in a shop.and it took me another 20 days to recreate what has captured my heart some 25 years back.phew.some things just keep so long to get achieved ...however simple it may be to create them.
