As a vocal critic of the SAY awards imagine my surprise this morning upon opening my emails to find that I had been installed as one of 100 specially chosen nominators from across the Scottish Music Industry. As to whether the organisers feel this is such a prestigious title it does not require my consent, I cannot comment for sure, but before anyone cries hypocrite I wish to make it known that I have asked to immediately be removed from the list and henceforth ruled out from future consideration. Oh and by the way... Adam Staffords Imaginary Walls Collapse and The Cosmic Deads EasterFaust are the best albums Ive heard from Scotland this year.
