As a wedding photographer, I have been to countless churches and I have observed that there is commonly the presence of THRONE-LIKE chairs in most altars. The presiding priest sits there, of course. In bigger churches there are bigger thrones for Cardinals and Archbishops. This is reminiscent of a KING on his throne. Can they just have plain and simple chairs to sit on? Priests are shepherds of the flock, NOT kings nor gods! Jesus was born in a manger, while they sit on thrones? The Pope hid away the lavish throne previous Popes used. Maybe this is the reason some priests think so highly of themselves, think that they are kings, gods or demi-gods, become arrogant and insensitive. Please lets take a look at this. There is still a chance of reformation.
