As a woman this is extremely frustrating for me to see. Why is our justice system allowing someone who is refusing to participate in rehabilitation, has shown no remorse for his crimes and who is assessed as high risk to offend again being released into our city? I am tired of hearing sad stories of women being raped and killed by sickos like this getting second chances. By the time this guy is finally put away for life it will be too late for one or more women. I guess this losers right to freedom trumps our right to be safe.
