As a word of advice... If youre just starting out in the entertainment industry, many people will come along and promise to help you do this or that, but never actually deliver on anything. If this happens just smile, stay cool, and silently mark them down in your book of bullshitters. Unfortunately, I personally now will usually entertain anyone, but silently just assume they are full of it until they prove their word, and not let my hopes get up about anything. Its sad it has to be like that, but its a healthy emotional barrier to put up to keep yourself protected. The right people will come through on what they say every time, and let you know when and if they cant for whatever reason. Real people will make themselves evident almost immediately with their actions. Those are the ones to keep close; they are few and far between.
